Intellect Support Services (ISS) assists corporate clients in their Regular or Seasonal staffing requirements by providing contractual or temporary staffing services. From a client base of just 1 and an outsourced employee base of about 30, in just over a decade; we have come a long way to emerge as one of India's largest temp staffing company, with 100 temporary staffing clients and an outsourced employee base of over 10,000 + associates.

We work with our clients for hiring or identification of temp resources and take the selected resources on our payroll Alternatively, we also take on our payroll, resources pre-identified by clients or existing ones from any other sources. ISS takes complete responsibility for all HR Administrative activities, statutory employee benefits and compliances for the outsourced resources. The operational and performance related aspects are monitored by the client and the client retains complete control of the same.

ISS works across industry verticals, catering to requirements of leading names in BFSI, FMCG and Consumer products, Retail, Telecom, IT, BPO and ITES, Automobiles, Services, Manufacturing, Engineering and other sectors.

ISS, as a division of SGC Group, was established in 2004 to provide high quality recruitment solutions that address volume hiring needs at junior management levels for large corporates. The annual compensation of positions handled by Head count is less than Rs 12 lacs.

We operate on a key account management model where, because of the volumes with each client, we dedicate resources on a full time basis to serve a client.

Head count is a 75 people strong division and operates out of a centralized delivery office in New Delhi and serves clients across industries and locations

ISS has a well-established and robust payroll processing system in place that is a combination of the best of software tools, expert know how, IT infrastructure and a strong payroll team. In response to articulated customer needs and as a logical extension of our services portfolio, we had introduced Payroll Process Outsourcing services as a standalone offering a few years ago. Designed to manage payroll of your on-roll employees, our payroll processing services are configured to cater to your specific requirements.

The ISS platform currently handles the payroll of over 1,00,000 associates in over 1000 locations and is designed not just for scale, speed and accuracy but also for confidentially, accommodating client specific needs and complexity.
